Event planning has always been part of who I am. You probably know the type—the ones who just can’t live in peace without having everything under control (yes, I admit, an annoying type sometimes). As a little girl, I would plan my own birthday parties, organizing games, decorations, and even catering (though that last part was always my mom’s job).

I always knew I needed a career that involved planning, but back then, I had no idea that being an Event Planner was even an option. Little girls don’t typically dream about logistics and vendor management (normally just princesses matter)! But life had a plan for me.

My professional journey began over 10 years ago at Amagi Films, an audiovisual production company based in Madrid. As the head of the company, I helped build it from the ground up, turning it into a key reference in the audiovisual sector. Over time, many of our international clients began requesting additional services beyond AV production.

And that’s when I decided to take the leap.

Leveraging my years of experience as a production producer—another highly organizational role—I built a solid portfolio of trusted suppliers and partners (after plenty of trial and error, of course). In recent years, I have worked with companies from various industries, organizing conferences, press launches, and experiential events tailored to their specific needs. I thrive on creating unique experiences that leave a lasting impact.

No matter if it’s just a small boutique or a large-scale corporate event, I put the same level of dedication and attention to detail into every project.
