The Management / Governing Body of Amagifilms Producciones, SL  (hereinafter, the data controller), assumes the utmost responsibility and commitment to the establishment, implementation and maintenance of this Data Protection Policy, guaranteeing the continuous improvement of the data controller with the aim of achieving excellence in relation to compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJEU L 119/1, 04-05-2016), and with Spanish legislation on the protection of personal data (Organic Law, specific sectoral legislation and its implementing regulations).

The Data Protection Policy of Amagifilms Producciones, SL  is based on the  principle of proactive responsibility , according to which the data controller is responsible for compliance with the regulatory and jurisprudential framework that governs said Policy, and is able to demonstrate this to the competent supervisory authorities.

Will we create profiles about you?

Our policy is not to create profiles of our service users.

The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by Amagifilms Producciones, SL, thus showing interest in the information published on the Network. By joining our page, you give us your consent to process the personal data published on your profile.

The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.

Amagifilms Producciones, SL accesses and processes publicly available user information, specifically contact names. This data is used only within the social network itself and is not added to any database.

Regarding your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, which you may exercise with Amagifilms Producciones, SL, in accordance with the GDPR, please note the following:

Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by Amagifilms Producciones, SL, but will remain on the Social Network.
